AgCAREERSTART
Many studs are experiencing staff shortages but now there is a National Farmers' Federation (NFF) funded organisation called AgCAREERSTART who place under 25 year-olds on farms across Australia.
They are looking for horse studs in NSW and QLD to apply. This could be a great opportunity to get some staff on ground for 2023!
Fast Track Program
Thoroughbred Breeders Australia has launched the Fast Track program to create a pathway for talented horse people to enter our industry. The 12-month program provides an accelerated introduction and learning experience that will help Fast Track graduates progress quickly in careers in the breeding industry.
