A Toowoomba businessman, this is Allan’s second year on the TBQA committee. He wanted to join because he has raced horses for 25 years and has been involved with breeding for the past ten years, owning half a dozen broodmares.

He hopes he can represent this type of smaller breeder, who has different interests to the larger commercial studs. Allan thinks the industry’s future direction with the QTIS 600 is very exciting and is keen to be part of that.

The highlight of his involvement with racing so far is being part of the partnership of ‘Encierro’ who won the RM Williams on Magic Millions race day a few years ago.
